REMARKS:
Accidental in Spring and Fall based on banding records from November 1965 to March 1966 at Ona, Cabell Co., WV (MK) (Kiff et al. 1986).
Banding Data: Nine banded from 11 November 1965 to 11 March 1966 at Ona, Cabell Co., WV (MK) (Kiff et al. 1986).
One banded on 14 February 1981 at Huntington, WV (HS). Age: U-U. Measurements: Wing Chord: 65 mm.; Tail Length: 63 mm.; Wing/Tail Ratio: 0.969; Culmen Length: 10.3 mm.; Length from distal margin of nostril to tip of culmen: 7.7 mm.
Leon Wilson banded a few in winter prior to 1986 at Ona, Cabell, Co., WV. One (singing) on 16 January 2008 at Huntington, Cabell Co., West Virginia (JN).
