Magnolia Warbler  Dendroica magnolia

WINTER:  NO RECORDS.

SUMMER:  Casual Migrant in late August.  Four records:  28 August 2004 (MG, DP); 28 August 2005 (MG, DP); 29 August 2008 (WA, MG, MO); 31 August 2007 (WA, MG, MO).

MIGRATION:

 Spring:  Fairly Common Migrant from early to mid-May.  Early date, 13 April 1958 (Edeburn et al. 1960); many early May dates.  Late dates, 30 May 1977 (HS); 26 May 1974 (HS); 23 May 1973 (HS).

 Fall:  Fairly Common Migrant from early September to early October.  Early dates (See Summer section also), 02 September 2004 (MG); 03 September 2006 (WA, MG, MO, DP); 04 September 1976 (HS); 06 September 1952 (Edeburn et al. 1960) and 2003 (WA, MG, DP).  Late dates, 14 October 2007 (GR); 11 October 1947 (Edeburn et al. 1960) and 1978 (HS); one banded on 09 October 1984 at Ona, Cabell Co., WV (LW); 09 October 2004 (MG, DP) and 2005 (DP).
