WINTER: Accidental. Sixteen on 27 December 1981 (Ona CBC) near Ona, Cabell Co., WV (LW) (Kiff et al. 1986).
SUMMER: Accidental. One on 09 June 1968 at Ona, Cabell Co., WV (LW).
MIGRATION:
Spring: Casual Visitant. Five records. A flock on 19 April 1964 at Ona, Cabell Co., WV, with some individuals feeding young, might indicate local nesting (MK, LW) (Kiff et al. 1986). One at Ona, Cabell Co., WV, on 06 May 1973 (LW) (Kiff et al. 1986). Six (male and 5 females) on 16 May 1974 at Huntington, Cabell Co., WV (HS). Single individuals banded (LW) on 20 and 24 April 1985 at Ona, Cabell Co., WV (Kiff et al. 1986).
Fall: NO RECORDS.
