WINTER:  One on 27 December 1953 (Huntington CBC) by James Shires (Edeburn et al. 1960).

SPRING:  One at Byrd Lock & Dam on 22 April 1964 (WA).

REMARKS:  Both records are not recognized by the WV Bird Record Committee.
